How do I receive my collectible after purchase?

After purchasing the collectible, check your inbox for an email titled: “Claim your Collectible”. If you do not see the email try searching your spam folder as well. Once you open this email you will then click on the “Claim Collectible” button which will direct you to a screen where you will connect your wallet or create a new account.

If you already have a wallet: You can choose to connect an existing wallet using Metamask, Coinbase, or Wallet Connect.

If you do not have a wallet: You can can create an account using your email or connect with gmail option. These wallets are non-custodial and completely yours to use and trade with. They are powered by our partner Magic Wallet.

What is a digital wallet?

A digital wallet is a way to store digital assets like collectibles and digital currencies. These wallets allow for you to own digital items the same way a safe would allow for you to store physical ones.

What is a Overflo wallet?

The Overflo wallet is a one-click wallet system that uses your email or social login to generate a unique wallet address to send your collectibles. This wallet will allow you to claim and view your collectibles without going through the hassle of setting up a traditional wallet as well as worrying about private keys.

Your Overflo wallet is owned and managed by you and only you. It is a non-custodial wallet meaning meaning no one else has access to your private keys or funds. For more information on how the wallet works please visit here.

How do I view my collectible in my wallet?

If you use the Overflo wallet, your collectibles will show up automatically in your account. To view the collectible login to wallet.niftybridge.io and use the same email and password you used to originally sign up. From there you should see your collectible.

If you use another wallet provider, you may need to take additional steps to make sure the collectible is viewable on your wallet. For information on viewing collectibless inside MetaMask, CoinBase, and other wallets please follow this link.

How do I sell my collectible on OpenSea?

In order to sell your collectibles on OpenSea you will need to first connect your wallet by clicking on the wallet icon in the top right corner of the webpage. Then select your wallet provider and connect using the prompts on screen.

Once connected you will now be able to see your collectibles on your account. If you select the collectible you can then list a floor price to sell the collectible for.

Can I sell or export my collectible if I am using the Overflo wallet?

No, currently, you will need a metamask or coinbase wallet in order to trade your collectibles on OpenSea. In the future, your Overflo wallet will be enabled for trading directly so stay tuned for updates.

Why is my collectible “hidden” on my OpenSea account?

If you do not see your collectibles viewable on your profile, you may need to unhide them first. To unhide these collectibles, navigate to the “hidden” section and select the three small dots on the bottom left of the collectible. Then select “unhide” and then hit “save”.
